AIT provides complete MIL-STD-1553 Protocol Analyzer solutions with the Flight Simulyzer™ application. Flight Simulyzer is an intuitive and easy-to-use Graphical User Interface (GUI) application that allows users to capture and analyze MIL-STD-1553 bus data and to operate the BC and RT simulation features of the MIL-STD-1553 modules. Flight Simulyzer can be used in conjunction with the AIT MIL-STD-1553 USB module to provide a portable analyzer solution or with the AIT PCI, PCI Express, and PXI modules to provide desktop PC analyzer solutions.

AIT’s MIL-STD-1553 Software Development Kit (SDK) provides a complete suite of MIL-STD-1553 software Application Programmer Interfaces (APIs) and tools to support intuitive and effective access to the features and functions of the AIT MIL-STD-1553 hardware modules.

LabVIEW INSTRUMENT DRIVER

AIT’s MIL-STD-1553 LabVIEW Instrument Driver is an easy-to-use Instrument Driver which provides high level Virtual Instruments (VIs) that support quick prototyping and deployment of MIL-STD-1553 applications.

The AIT MIL-STD-1553 Instrument Driver has been tested and certified by National Instruments to be “Compatible with LabVIEW”. This means that users are ensured of the highest quality, usability, and integration with National Instrument’s LabVIEW.

The MIL-STD-1553 Instrument Driver is built upon the AIT common MIL-STD-1553 Configuration Data core format. User applications developed using the Instrument Driver can easily utilize databus configurations created using AIT’s Flight Simulyzer software or the AIT C++ and .NET APIs. It’s simple, define your avionics system’s MIL-STD-1553 interface configuration once, then use it in your LabVIEW applications, C++ and .NET applications, and the AIT Flight Simulyzer bus analyzer software!

IRIG CHAPTER 10 SERVICES

AIT’s MIL-STD-1553 Software Development Kit (SDK) provides users with a full suite of MIL-STD-1553 software APIs and applications to support a wide variety of applications and host system platforms. The MIL-STD-1553 SDK includes features that provide support for handling IRIG 106 Chapter 10 formatted data files and network data streams. This includes support for opening, viewing, and analyzing data stored in Chapter 10 archive files. It also includes support for the capture of MIL-STD-1553 data from a Chapter 10 network stream (Ethernet), the generation of an Chapter 10 network stream, and replay of MIL-STD-1553 data stored in Chapter 10 archive files.
